FAQ

FAQ

1. Does the same system work for both soft and hard covers?

Yes. The binder has the ability to bind both types, which only requires changing the nipper bar. It takes about 3 seconds. You can easily bind each kind in any order. There is no need to ”set up" the machine for switching binder types.

2. How good is the quality of the books printed with this system?

The binding itself is as professional and high quality as any binding process available. Within 15 seconds, the pages are bound to the cover and you can not pull them out if you tried.

The soft cover looks just like the kind you buy at the local book stores. The binding process flips the book pages over, applies the glue saturating down onto the page fibers and then folds and binds the cover to the pages. Since you are printing the soft cover, the graphics used are your own, from a corporate presentation with logos to a complete artistic cover for an author’s book. However, one option you have is laminating the cover prior to the binding process. This makes the cover look as good as any sold in a store.

We can supply both vinyl and hard covers in a variety of colors, as well as customized hard covers designed to your specifications.

3. Does the Binding Process use special thermal strips or coated paper that I must purchase?

No! Unlike other table-top binders, you are free to bind any size, weight, color or material that is within the specifications for both soft and hard covers. With the On Demand Solution, you can produce your books in either format with ease!

4. Do you offer leasing?
